CBM was founded in 2000 as a result of a successful cooperation between RWTH Aachen University and industry. Our activities focus on the three business areas

• Occupational safety, health and environmental protection
• Corporate and human resources development
• Mining International

Since 2009, we have been represented at our locations in Bexbach (headquarters) and Aachen.
Our aim is not only to develop customized solutions for our clients, but also to support them in their operational implementation. This is how we create sustainable improvements for our customers.

Our solutions are the result of successful cooperation between experts from different disciplines (safety and mining engineers, organisational psychologists, industrial sociologists, occupational safety specialists, communication experts), experienced managers from industry and scientists. Many of our consultants speak English and French.

Our offer in the field of education and training is versatile. It currently includes about 60 seminars on topics of occupational safety, health and environmental protection as well as corporate and human resources development. We have spacious, modern seminar rooms at our locations in Bexbach and Aachen. Our certified business coaches also offer coaching for specialists and managers as an individual personnel development measure. Our 15 permanent consultants and a pool of more than 20 additional external consultants create the best conditions for successfully implementing even extensive projects.
